If its hypnosis you want to use, make sure you stick with it till you get results. Really, all quit smoking aids work only if you stick with it till the end. Remember, this is a way and until your enemy dies, you have not won.


Stay Clear of Cigarettes and Smokers: If you are fighting, you don't romance with your enemy. You may be struck unawares! Make sure cigarette packs are off. Do not hang out with smokers. Let your friends know that you are quitting smoking.
